Our Services
Tailored physiotherapy – a personalised approach to recovery
Aches & pains including back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain, hip pain, knee pain & much more
We can help to diagnose your problem, and offer a clear explanation, and the likely causes. We will then plan a treatment programme and support you through this journey on your road to recovery.
Muscle & joint problems including sprains, strains and tendon problems
Muscle strains, ligament sprains and tendon problems can be tricky. Often they are recurring problems that seem to settle before rearing their heads again, often at the most inopportune moments. Through our assessment, we can get to the root cause of the problem, offer the right treatment and support you as you return to sport over an appropriate timeframe.
Arthritis
Arthritis is a condition that we will all get to some degree, but we can also fear the limitations and pain that the condition can bring with it. There are so many ways in which Physiotherapy can help you manage the symptoms of arthritis, from the early stages through to rehabilitation following joint replacement. Often relatively simple lifestyle changes and exercise can make a significant improvement to the condition and to your quality of life.
Sports injuries
Sport is such an important aspect of our lives, and when you get injured and can’t participate it takes away much of the joy. We can help to diagnose your injury and design a bespoke rehabilitation programme to get you back to play. Often injuries are the result of a weakness or imbalance that may have been present for some time prior to the injury. We can help you address this to significantly reduce the chances of recurrence.

Work-related injuries
Being injured at work causes so many additional problems than simply the pain of the injury itself. We can help by diagnosing the problem so that we can offer you effective strategies to reduce the likelihood of the injury recurring. We will work with you to get you back to work as soon as possible. We can offer recommendations to you and your employer to allow early return, minimising the financial and psychological impact that injuries at work can bring.

A note on the assessment and treatment of young adults
We are very happy to offer physiotherapy assessment and treatment to children aged 16 and over for musculoskeletal conditions (Muscle, joint and bone conditions). Please see full details in our Terms and Conditions.
Unfortunately we are not able to offer physiotherapy assessment and treatment for children under the age of 16. Paediatric physiotherapy is a specialist area of practice. We regret that at present we cannot offer this service. If your child requires physiotherapy, we strongly recommend that you contact their GP for assessment and advice.
We do not offer physiotherapy for Neurological or Respiratory conditions to patients of any age.
